Specialised recruiter Robert Half is proud to be recognised as one of Australia’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2022 by Great Place to Work™. Featuring just 30 companies, the inaugural Best Workplaces for Women™ List highlights organisations across the country committed to fostering equity in the workplace and ensuring female employees feel safe, heard, challenged and valued. This prestigious accolade represents the second Great Place to Work® award for Robert Half in 2022. In August it was announced Robert Half ranked number 6 for Mid-Size (100-999 employees) companies in Australia and the highest ranking recruitment firm nationally, further highlighting the company’s continuous commitment to creating a great workplace experience for all employees.

As part of the evaluation process, Robert Half employees participated in the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© survey. 85% of the evaluation is based on what women report about their workplace with the remaining 15% focused on how well-represented women are in the workforce and throughout management. To be considered, companies need to employ at least 50 women.

In announcing the award, David Jones, Senior Managing Director of Robert Half APAC said “Globally, providing a great workplace experience for all our employees is a consistent strategic priority for our organisation. This recognition underscores our commitment to supporting the women at Robert Half. From our benefits programs to our professional development and leadership opportunities, we are proud to foster an environment that empowers women to succeed in all aspects of their lives.”

“Aside from actively supporting the Women’s Empowerment Principles, a joint initiative of the UN Global Compact and UN Women, Robert Half has launched a number of internal Employee Network Groups as part of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program, including Global Women’s Employee Network (GWEN). GWEN’s mission is to champion and amplify women’s perspectives while creating networks, community, and growth opportunities for female professionals. Driven by our employees across the world, these groups play a significant role in delivering positive change and new ways of thinking in our workplace.”

“Diversity and inclusion are critical to our business success, and this recognition not only acknowledges our dedication to creating and maintaining an equitable workplace, it is also a testament to the culture that each of our employees have helped to establish. We are proud to showcase the excellent work they do for our people, our clients and candidates, and the communities where we live and work.”

Great Place to Work®, is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation.
