The role focuses on organizing dispatch activity, responding to service needs, and helping keep operations running smoothly through clear communication and strong attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate daily service assignments by matching incoming requests with available resources and adjusting schedules as priorities change.</p><p>• Respond to customer and client inquiries through phone and other communication channels, providing timely updates and attentive support.</p><p>• Use computer-aided dispatch tools to enter, monitor, and revise job information with a high level of accuracy.</p><p>• Track service activity throughout the day and communicate changes, delays, or urgent issues to the appropriate parties.</p><p>• Maintain clear records of calls, dispatch activity, and customer interactions to support efficient operations.</p><p>• Work closely with field personnel and internal teams to ensure service requests are handled promptly and effectively.</p><p>• Help resolve routine service concerns by gathering details, identifying next steps, and escalating issues when needed.</p>
