Responsibilities: • Manage administrative access and day-to-day upkeep within the resort sales platform, ensuring records and booking details remain accurate and current. • Provide backup support for lead management activities when the Sales System Analyst is unavailable or when additional coverage is needed. • Communicate with group clients regarding room block progress, including rooming list entry, pickup tracking, cutoff reminders, status updates, and reservation adjustments. • Support sales managers with operational tasks such as billing-related follow-up, commission coordination, no-show research, and calendar scheduling. • Assist in preparing client-facing materials and internal documentation, including proposals, agreements, response documents, and meeting logistics. • Maintain complete group booking files in the sales system, including uploading signed contracts and confirming documentation is properly attached once business is finalized. • Monitor and replenish printed and digital sales collateral so materials remain available and up to date for team use. • Participate in department meetings and provide general administrative support to help the sales team operate efficiently. • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the sales department and resort operations.
