<p>We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide finance-focused operational support for a Global Security Services team. This is a 100% remote long-term contract position (possibility of becoming permanent) requires someone who can manage sensitive administrative matters with professionalism, maintain strong coordination across team activities, and support daily business operations in a fast-paced environment. The role will partner closely with leadership and staff to keep schedules, financial workflows, and meeting logistics organized and running efficiently. </p><p><br></p><p><em>**Schedule would be 3-5 days a week (30-40 hours) depending on business needs.
