The commercial litigation paralegal will take ownership of case workflows, will proactively manage deadlines and filings, manage multiple active litigation matters from intake to resolution, monitor the docket for all the active litigation matters, track state and federal court deadlines, organize case files, chronologies, and case summaries. The senior litigation paralegal with draft pleadings, motions, notices, declarations, and discovery documents, prepare deposition summaries, chronologies, assistant with appellate -related tasks, including cite checking and deadline coordination. The senior litigation paralegal with manage discovery processes from start to finish, organize and review document productions, track discovery, prepare summaries and file documents in state and federal courts.
