Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for an Acumatica Implementation Consultant to assist a client with optimizing financial reporting in Acumatica as well as supporting the integration of additional business units. This role requires someone who has both strong Accounting/Finance process knowledge as well as Acumatica expertise, who can partner closely with accounting leadership to strengthen processes, improve financial workflows, and help establish a reliable operating structure. The ideal candidate will have both the functional accounting, technical Acumatica, and good stakeholder engagement skills to help manage a smooth process and technology integration. Role is expected to last at least through the end of the year, but extensions are likely. Role is 100% remote working on an EST schedule. Responsibilities:• Partner with the controller and finance team to configure Acumatica in alignment with accounting operations and reporting needs.• Review current finance processes and recommend practical improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and control.• Support month-end close activities by helping refine workflows, resolve issues, and improve consistency in financial outputs.• Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and data views that provide meaningful insight for business decision-making.• Perform financial analysis and modeling to support planning, forecasting, and operational evaluation.• Assist in validating system setup, testing key finance functions, and identifying gaps before launch readiness.• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure finance requirements are clearly understood and reflected in system processes.• Document procedures, controls, and best practices to promote sustainable use of Acumatica across the finance organization.
