You'll handle incoming requests, triage and escalate issues, and work closely with development and QA teams to validate bug fixes. Your day-to-day will include querying internal databases, supporting API integrations, monitoring alerts, and maintaining documentation. Prior experience with SQL is advantageous. You'll also assist with hardware requests, collaborate with third-party IT partners, and identify training opportunities to enhance team capability.</p><p>Beyond technical support, you'll play a key role in maintaining the CRM system and engaging with external vendors. You'll be expected to conduct yourself in line with company values, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to building trust. Compliance with health and safety requirements, ethical standards, and internal policies is essential. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, clear communication, and contributing to a collaborative, values-driven environment.</p><p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p><ul><li>Customer support experience 2+ years</li><li>Experience with SQL is highly favourable</li><li>Detail oriented and highly organised</li><li>Passion for problem solving</li></ul><p>While not required, it would be advantageous to have experience with HTML, AWS, New Relic, Postman.</p><p><strong>Part Time Nature:</strong></p><p>Being part time, this organisation is seeking someone who can commit to 25 - 32 hours / week. The business can consider a variety of part time working arrangements; however this will be fixed in the contract should you be offered the position.
