<p>For Protiviti, we are seeking a highly skilled and finance-savvy <strong>Cash Flow Project Business Analyst</strong> to support the successful delivery of a complex <strong>Cash Flow Reporting</strong> initiative within a multi-phase project. This role requires a strong understanding of group-level finance reporting, cash flow principles, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems, preferably <strong>OneStream</strong>. The ideal candidate will be a confident facilitator, capable of leading requirements workshops, eliciting and refining detailed user requirements, and working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the analysis and identification of detailed user requirements for the Cash Flow project across multiple project phases.</li><li>Plan, organize, and facilitate structured <strong>requirements gathering workshops</strong> with finance business users and other stakeholders.</li><li>Interpret high-level business needs and translate them into <strong>clear, concise, and actionable</strong> requirements and documentation.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business requirements-from initial capture through refinement, validation, and final sign-off.</li><li>Collaborate closely with finance teams, particularly those involved in <strong>Group reporting</strong>, to understand their reporting needs and align system capabilities accordingly.</li><li>Ensure all changes to requirements are properly documented, assessed for impact, and managed through an agreed <strong>change control process</strong>.</li><li>Contribute to the creation and execution of <strong>System Integration Testing (SIT)</strong> and <strong>User Acceptance Testing (UAT)</strong> including:</li><ul><li>Definition of test cases and scripts</li><li>Support of defect triage and resolution</li><li>Validation of outputs against business expectations</li></ul><li>Liaise with EPM platform specialists and technical teams to ensure requirements are feasible and accurately implemented.</li><li>Act as a <strong>bridge between finance and technology</strong>, ensuring alignment of business goals with system design and configuration.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Extensive experience</strong> in business analysis roles, particularly within <strong>finance transformation</strong> or <strong>EPM implementation projects</strong>.</li><li>Demonstrated background in <strong>Cash Flow Reporting</strong>, including familiarity with different types of cash flow and related concepts.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of <strong>finance at the group level</strong>, with experience in supporting consolidated reporting and planning activities.</li><li>Proven ability to <strong>document business requirements</strong>, manage changes, and drive requirements through to <strong>formal sign-off</strong>.</li><li>Experienced facilitator with the ability to run engaging and productive workshops involving senior finance stakeholders.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>EPM platforms</strong>, preferably <strong>OneStream</strong>, and a solid understanding of their underlying architecture and capabilities.</li><li>Experience in testing phases (SIT/UAT), including <strong>test planning, case creation, and execution</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equivalent finance background</li><li>Prior experience working on <strong>OneStream implementation</strong> or enhancement projects</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Agile or Hybrid project methodologies</strong> in a finance system context</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills</li></ul><p><strong>Interested? </strong></p><p>Are you the <strong>Cash Flow Project Business Analyst (m/f/x) </strong>we are looking for and are you living in the area of Amsterdam?
