Its customers include major manufacturers and global brands across industries such as automotive, healthcare, and consumer goods.</li></ul>Goal of the role: <ul><li>To serve as the customer's first point of contact, diagnosing and resolving technical issues with the SCM software quickly and effectively, to ensure customers' business operations run smoothly with 24/7 global support.</li></ul>About the Team <ul><li>The Customer Support team is the first point of contact for customers after they've purchased the company's software, helping resolve technical issues and close gaps in their use of the product.</li><li>As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll provide support to customers globally in a 24/7 environment, focusing on resolving issues and helping customers succeed with the company's core software platform.
