Company ProfileA fast-growing international online securities and FinTech brokerage is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its Japan Legal & Compliance function. This is a newly created position driven by continued business growth and increasing compliance workload. The successful candidate will work closely with the Department Head and play a key role in strengthening the local compliance framework, supporting day-to-day regulatory matters, and contributing to the long-term development of the function. The Japan business has expanded significantly over the last several years, with many employees joining from leading securities firms and global financial institutions.
