The legal agreement for this merger was finalized in June 2025, and the new organization is expected to officially operate starting in April 2026. As part of this transition, extra personnel is required because the current accounting team of one manufacturer will need to be divided into three subgroups: 1) the integrated holding entity, which will be responsible for the sub-consolidation of the two manufacturers, 2) the standalone vehicle manufacturer, and 3) a separate plant that will be transferred to a major automotive company. The accounting team is seeking one additional staff member at senior accountant to accounting manager level, capable of engaging in substantive discussions with external audit firms.
