You'll be working from the head office, driving strategies that will be adopted globally.<br /><br />What you'll do<br />* Collaborate with the global IT leadership team and non-tech stakeholders to ensure business strategies are aligned - these people will be in different locations globally, so you'll be communicating in both English and Japanese daily.<br />* Develop and drive the adoption of KPIs and reporting governance across the business.<br />* Lead and develop a small team (1-2 people).<br /><br />Your skills<br />* Native level Japanese and high-business level English are mandatory.<br />* This role could suit someone from a consulting company that wishes to move in-house, or it could also be a good match for a senior business analyst / strategic minded IT professional from an internal team.<br />* Experience gained in an IT transformation environment (not just BAU) would be an advantage.<br />* Any small team leadership experience is an advantage.<br /><br />The company<br />A global medical device manufacturer.</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
