The RoleAbout the Role<ul><li>You will join the global infrastructure team as the architect for manufacturing sites. Your goal is to keep plants running safely: design IT/OT networks and infrastructure so that cyber threats and IT changes do not disrupt production, while keeping the environment efficient, standardized, and cost-effective.</li><li>You will join the plant OT design work early, work with Enterprise Architecture, service owners, and external partners, and take part in the IT Architecture Review Board and IT Change Board.</li></ul>What you will do<ul><li>Design IT/OT infrastructure and networks for manufacturing sites, especially OT environments in Japan, from the early stage.</li><li>Define technical requirements, choose technologies, and set standards for new and existing infrastructure services.</li><li>Build security rules and compliance requirements into every design and project.</li><li>Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC to speed up delivery.</li><li>Help build the multi-year infrastructure roadmap with the Enterprise Architecture team.</li><li>Avoid duplicate tools and unnecessary complexity, and keep costs under control.</li><li>Work with service providers and global teams. Sit on the IT Architecture Review Board and IT Change Board.</li></ul> Your Skills Must have<ul><li>10+ years in IT, 5+ years in OT</li><li>3-5 years leading global or large-scale infrastructure projects</li><li>Solution architecture and design experience, including working with external vendors and ITIL processes</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of networking and segmentation, Entra ID / Active Directory, Microsoft 365, cloud, OT, and security components</li><li>ITIL certification</li><li>Japanese: N1 level. English: business level (TOEIC 800+)</li><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience</li></ul> Nice to have<ul><li>TOGAF or similar certification</li><li>Public / hybrid / private cloud design experience</li><li>IaC, DevOps, or Platform Engineering experience</li><li>IT/OT security design and plant security experience</li><li>Medical device, life sciences, or healthcare background, or experience managing teams and vendors across regions</li></ul> Key Highlights of the Role <ul><li>Work on modern technology with a global team.
