  • <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>A Leading Insurer- Business Support Officer</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Assist on daily sales supports to ensure the sales process is smooth (e.g. quotation, sales campaign, renewal, policy change, policy termination, arrange medical check-up for customer, etc.)</li><li>Handling customer enquiries from email and/ or CE Team, and work with internal departments (e.g. New Business and Underwriting, Customer Engagement, Life Administration, Finance, etc.) of both GI and Life insurance businesses for the enquiry</li><li>Provide administrative work to Direct Channel Team (e.g. Mailing out document, update control log sheet for policy status and statistic figures, collect premium through credit card machine)</li><li>Perform data analysis for sales performance</li><li>Assist to monitor platform stability issues and perform follow up action for the issues</li><li>Assist to improve on customer experience during purchase process of Direct Channel Team</li><li>Assist to set up customer campaigns for direct channels via internal systems</li><li>Assist Team Head with ad-hoc tasks as assigned</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or Degree Holder</li><li>Minimum 5 years of solid Customer Service/ Sales experience within insurance field</li><li>General knowledge in both GI and Life business operations</li><li>Certificate qualification in IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 is an advantages</li><li>Good communication, Interpersonal and Customer Service skills</li><li>Fluent Chinese, English and Putonghua in written and speaking</li><li>Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
