The Role<ul><li>Direct report to CTO; Lead and develop a global engineering team across all disciplines; foster excellence, innovation, and quality.</li><li>Own end-to-end NPI with customers, from concept to manufacturing ramp-up; ensure DFM, DFT, DFQ, and DFC practices.</li><li>Plan and allocate engineering resources across global sites; monitor progress, risks, and KPIs; keep projects on time and within budget.</li><li>Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with market trends and customer needs; promote cross-disciplinary collaboration.</li><li>Lead OEM co-development with clear requirements, milestones, and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Create OEM-specific value propositions and pricing to maximize joint profitability.</li><li>Partner with senior leadership to align engineering capabilities with business strategy.</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field</li><li>15+ years in engineering leadership roles within electronics manufacturing, EMS, or OEM environments</li><li>Experience in leading a large, regional team with strong background across hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical engineering domains.</li><li>Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Stage-Gate) and engineering tools (e.g., CAD, PLM, ALM).</li><li>20% Travel is required</li></ul> Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
