It covers major asset classes such as equities, fixed income, futures, and commodities, serving corporate, institutional, and retail clients.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Review fund documentation.</strong>Ensure operational structures meet internal standards and that new products or funds are accurately set up in internal systems. Conduct data validation and BAU analysis to maintain accuracy and efficiency.</li><li><strong>Support fund implementation and cross-functional projects.</strong>Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate operational readiness and ensure smooth fund launches or transitions.</li><li><strong>Manage project delivery.</strong>Develop, track, and execute project plans, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.</li><li><strong>Conduct post-implementation reviews.</strong>Evaluate processes and client satisfaction after project completion to identify improvement areas and strengthen operational practices.</li><li><strong>Monitor operational controls and reporting.</strong>Ensure that all processes are adequately tracked, documented, and escalated when necessary. Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li><strong>Drive process improvement.</strong>Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through tactical and strategic initiatives, recommending and implementing best practices.</li><li><strong>Support ad-hoc initiatives.</strong>Participate in projects, process reviews, or operational enhancements as assigned to support team performance and business growth.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.</li><li>Professional accounting qualification is an advantage</li><li>7-10 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector, ideally with exposure to fund operations, fund administration, or audit.</li><li>Strong understanding of fund structures, operations, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Proven ability in project management with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently under pressure and tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with data analysis tools, including emerging AI-based applications.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
