They strongly prefer someone with solid medical claims or nursing background. The role is very work life balance with friendly working environment. The Role<ul><li>Assist the Claims Manager to handle international claims services, ensuring compliance with company policies</li><li>Conduct claims control and analysis</li><li>Handle ad hoc projects such as system development and enhancement</li><li>To provide training and coaching to junior staff about insurance and medical knowledge and products</li><li>Liaise with service provider and hospital administrators for emergency services and pre-authorization management</li><li>Adjudicate claims according to policyholder's policy provisions, and approves claims up to allowable limit of approval in a professional and effective manner within the turnaround time</li><li>Cooperating with emergency assistance company for emergency cases during and outside of office hours</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>Undergraduate education or above</li><li>Relevant experience in medical insurance claims</li><li>Knowledge in insurance principles</li><li>Professional qualifications of FLMI/FLHC and and/or para-medical professionals such as registered nurse, pharmacist, physiotherapist is an advantage</li><li>Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Candidate with less experience or degree holder of any medical disciplines may be considered for the position of Senior Claims Officer</li></ul> Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
