- <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>A Leading Insurer- Business Training Officer (up to 22k)</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Logistics Management: Coordinate room bookings, AV setup, and training materials for both physical classroom sessions and virtual webinars (Zoom/MS Teams).</li><li>Onboarding Support: Act as the primary point of contact for new agents during their registration, licensing, and pre-contract training modules.</li><li>On-site Hosting: Assist in hosting training events, managing guest registration, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for speakers and agency attendees.</li><li>Learning Management System (LMS): Handle daily upkeep of the internal training platform, including creating course links, monitoring enrollment, and resolving basic user login issues.</li><li>Content Creation: Assist trainers in refreshing PowerPoint slides, formatting training materials, and creating simple, engaging digital graphics or short-form videos for mobile learning.</li><li>Attendance Tracking: Ensure strict record-keeping of training attendance and assessment scores for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) compliance.</li><li>Data Processing: Handle the processing and issuance of training certificates and prepare basic weekly reports on class enrollment metrics.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Education: Recent Bachelor's Degree graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Hotel/Tourism Management, or a related discipline.
