The team is high-performing with good culture.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p><strong>Financial &amp; Statutory Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes for life insurance entities under <strong>IFRS 17 / HKFRS 17</strong>, including preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reporting packs</li><li>Prepare full set of financial statements and note disclosures in compliance with HKFRS and Group reporting requirements</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Regulatory Reporting &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the preparation and submission of <strong>HKRBC (Hong Kong Risk-Based Capital)</strong>quarterly and annual returns to the <strong>Insurance Authority (IA)</strong></li><li>Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements and thematic reviews initiated by the IA</li><li>Maintain and update the <strong>IFRS 17 Accounting Policy Manual</strong>to reflect current interpretations and Group guidance</li><li>Ensure robust documentation of technical accounting positions for audit and regulatory inspection purposes</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Qualified accountant (HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA, or equivalent)</li><li>Minimum <strong>5 years of post-qualification experience</strong>, with at least <strong>3 years in a life insurance or reinsurance company</strong></li><li>Strong working knowledge of <strong>IFRS 17 / HKFRS 17</strong></li><li>Fluent in Cantonese and English</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
