- <p><strong>Senior Legal Counsel</strong></p><p><strong>Energy infrastructure firm</strong></p><p><strong>6 month fixed term contract</strong></p><p><strong>London (Hybrid working)</strong></p><p><strong>£100K-£115K</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>The role:</strong></p><ul><li>Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including supplier agreements, agreements governing the delivery and maintenance of the company's IT systems and services, consultancy agreements and agreements with energy trading companies</li><li>Providing legal support in relation to grid connection arrangements, property instruments and land access arrangements</li><li>Advising in regard to O&M and EPC contracts, support and repair contracts required for ongoing maintenance and repair of the asset, and supporting new small-scale construction projects.</li><li>Assisting with the management of external legal counsel and management of ongoing disputes and litigation</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Qualified solicitor</li><li>Commercial legal experience in engineering, construction or energy.</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
