Full time, 5 days a week</p><p><strong> Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Production of month end journals including income, deferred income, payroll recharges, depreciation, accruals and prepayments and intercompany</li><li>Booking the monthly VAT adjustments</li><li>journal adjustments</li><li>Preparation of monthly trial balance</li><li>Balance sheet reconciliations for all material Balance Sheet accounts, including intercompany, deferred income and VAT.</li><li>monthly bank and petty cash reconciliations</li><li>Implementing and running the continuous improvement / monthly process review</li><li>Preparation and presentation of monthly overheads to the Heads of departments</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience using an ERP system</li><li>Confident using Excel - Pivot tables/VLOOKUP ability</li><li>Previous experience in the assisting/production of management accounts</li><li>QBE/AAT/PQ or currently studying CIMA/ACCA</li><li>Strong understanding of debits &amp; credits</li><li>Willingness to learn &amp; share ideas</li><li>Great communication</li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
