Alongside your advisory expertise, you'll play an important role in using HR data and reporting to support informed decision-making across the organisation.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As HR Advisor, you will work closely with managers and stakeholders, providing trusted advice across a broad range of HR matters. You will take ownership of employee relations cases from initial advice through to resolution, whilst also supporting the business with meaningful HR insights and reporting.</p><p>Key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the employee lifecycle.</li><li>Managing end-to-end employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance and capability matters.</li><li>Coaching and supporting managers to build confidence in handling people-related issues.</li><li>Ensuring HR advice and processes are consistent, fair and aligned with employment legislation and company policies.</li><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and producing regular HR reports and MI.</li><li>Analysing HR data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and providing insights to key stakeholders.</li><li>Supporting the production and development of HR dashboards and reporting.</li><li>Using HR data to help inform workforce planning and wider people decisions.</li><li>Supporting wider HR projects and initiatives as required.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is confident operating in a fast-paced environment and can quickly establish credibility with managers and stakeholders.</p><p>You will ideally have:</p><ul><li>Proven experience working as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner in a generalist HR environment.</li><li>Strong, demonstrable experience managing end-to-end employee relations cases.</li><li>A sound understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>The ability to provide confident, pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with experience working with HR data, MI and reporting.</li><li>Excellent Excel skills and the ability to turn HR data into clear, meaningful insights.</li><li>Power BI experience would be highly desirable, particularly where used to develop dashboards or support HR reporting.</li><li>The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and hit the ground running.</li></ul><p><strong>What's on Offer?</strong></p><ul><li>£43,000 salary</li><li>18-month fixed-term contract</li><li>Ideal start date of 28th September 2026</li><li>The opportunity to join a well-established organisation and make an immediate impact.</li><li>A varied HR Advisor role combining employee relations, HR advisory and people data/reporting.</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
