<p>Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a Luxury Retail brand to hire an immediate, interim Finance Manager for a 3-6 month interim role.</p><p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, interim Finance Manager for a 3-6 month role and as part of this role you will be responsible for the following duties:</p><ul><li>Oversee and process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.</li><li>Maintain clean, up-to-date ledgers and support credit control activities where required.</li><li>Prepare and post journals, including accruals and prepayments.</li><li>Full ownership of the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for four entities.</li><li>Deliver timely and accurate month-end reporting packs with variance analysis and commentary.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.</li><li>Prepare and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts across all entities.</li><li>Monitor cash positions, identify risks, and support management decision-making.</li><li>Collate, review, and process time-sheets and monthly payroll data for submission to the outsourced payroll provider.</li><li>Perform required checks, reconciliations, and liaise with the provider to resolve issues.</li><li>Prepare quarterly consolidations for group reporting.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will have the following profile:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or qualified by experience.</li><li>Strong background working in an SME environment, with comfort managing broad and hands-on responsibilities.</li><li>Demonstrable experience producing management accounts, maintaining cash flow forecasts, and coordinating payroll.</li><li>Experience managing and developing a small finance team, with willingness to dive into transactional tasks when required.</li><li>Confident preparing multi-entity management information and reconciliations.</li><li>Strong Excel capability and proficiency with finance systems.</li></ul><p> </p><p>You must be immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role. </p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client is a luxury Retail brand based in West London who offers a 3-6 month interim Finance Manager role.
