This is a technically focussed role that would suit an ambitious and forward thinking individual with a strong reporting or audit background.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>The role </strong></p><p>The Group Financial Controller will oversee the day to day running of the finance team (5-10) which will include but not be limited to:</p><ul><li>Statutory reporting and managing the year end process.</li><li>Liaising with external auditors and managing the audit.</li><li>Maintaining accounting controls under IFRS and making improvements where appropriate.</li><li>Overseeing the month end process.</li><li>Team management to include 1:1s, performance reviews, development and upskilling where required.</li><li>Business partnering with the senior leadership team.</li><li>Cashflow forecasting, managing forex and international payments/transactions.</li><li>Budgeting and forecasting.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>The Group Financial Controller role would suit someone with proven leadership experience, a can-do attitude and a strong technical accounting background.
