<p>Robert Half are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a busy team on a 6-month fixed-term basis for a Chippenham based business.</p><p>Chippenham office, with hybrid working.</p><p>This role will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insightful analysis to aid decision-making.</p><br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end close processes.</li><li>Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls.</li></ul><br><br>Essential Skills & Experience<br><br><ul><li>Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul><br><br>Desirable<br><br><ul><li>Experience with <strong>NetSuite ERP</strong> or similar financial systems would be a benefit.</li><li>Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or QBE).</li></ul><br><br> <br><br><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
