You will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li>Support the production of quarterly strategic finance outputs, including income analysis, risk assessment, pipeline movements and financial trends.</li><li>Work with finance business partners and directorate leads to interpret results and ensure insights are clear, actionable and strategically relevant.</li><li>Support ad hoc strategic finance projects, including scenario analysis, income pipeline development, risk profiling and forward financial plans.</li><li>Assist directorates in strengthening evidence based assumptions and improving visibility of future income.</li><li>Contribute to project documentation, insight summaries and recommendations.</li><li>Contribute to the development of our comprehensive, three way financial model (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow) that reflects the Charity's strategic planning needs.</li><li>Translate business drivers into structured, auditable model logic.</li><li>Ensure the model correctly reflects three way linkages (e.g. working capital, depreciation, capex, funding flows, cash movements).</li><li>Document model logic, assumptions and calculation flows clearly.</li><li>Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, validate and document all relevant assumptions, drivers and data inputs.</li><li>Challenge assumptions to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.</li><li>Maintain a central assumptions register for the project.</li><li>Ensure data integrity across all inputs, calculations and outputs.</li><li>Reconcile model outputs to financial systems and existing forecasts.</li><li>Identify inconsistencies, errors or gaps and work with stakeholders to resolve them.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful interim Financial Analyst will have 3+ years experience. <br /> You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Salary & Benefits:</strong></p><p>This role is paying between £21-£25p/h (DOE)</p><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
