Make a real impact, work with passionate people and play a key role in supporting international tourism and the wider visitor economy.</p><p>Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with data governance and/or modelling expertise to support the Tourism Data Marketplace programme. You'll translate strategy into practical frameworks, work across internal and external stakeholders, and drive effective data governance and delivery.</p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><ul><li data-section-id="bxgys0" data-end="168" data-start="48">The Business Analayst will develop the data-sharing rulebook, including agreements, tourism data taxonomy, permitted use and liability terms.</li><li data-start="169" data-section-id="pqxukr" data-end="274">Design the governance model, including participation criteria, rule changes and dispute resolution.</li><li data-section-id="g3e6yi" data-end="384" data-start="275">Define data structure and metadata standards to enable consistency, interoperability and collaboration.</li><li data-end="471" data-section-id="1b9w5pu" data-start="385">Establish trust and accreditation requirements for data suppliers and consumers.</li><li data-start="472" data-section-id="1hwg3dn" data-end="568">Define security, data protection and legal compliance standards for exchange participants.</li><li data-end="707" data-section-id="fcf7ws" data-start="569" data-is-last-node="">Produce clear business analysis outputs and translate complex data governance concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li data-end="304" data-section-id="oel3mo" data-start="166">The Business Analyst will have experience working on a data marketplace, data exchange or data trust initiative, ideally involving multiple external organisations.</li><li data-end="421" data-section-id="zeqilf" data-start="305">Strong data governance expertise, including ownership, stewardship, access, quality and governance frameworks.</li><li data-end="529" data-section-id="nqs6hy" data-start="422">Data modelling, taxonomy and metadata/schema expertise to support harmonisation and interoperability.</li><li data-start="530" data-section-id="bael0j" data-end="643">Experience with commercial/licensing frameworks and data-sharing agreements, working alongside legal teams.</li><li data-start="644" data-section-id="2bwhw9" data-end="743">Senior Business Analyst experience within data-intensive, platform or marketplace programmes.</li><li data-start="744" data-end="895" data-section-id="1jfy9qk">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including facilitating workshops with technical, non-technical and external stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Company</strong></p><ul><li>Well established travel and tourism organisation</li><li>Hybrid working </li></ul><p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p><p>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
