Financial Planning & Analysis/Finance Manager (12-Month Contract - Maternity Cover)Location: Central Belt (Site-based with up to 1 day per week working from home) Salary: Circa £65,000 (depending on experience), can be considered on day rate Start Date: August / September 2026We're recruiting for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join a leading manufacturing business on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys business partnering, financial planning, and driving performance through insightful analysis.The OpportunityAs a key member of the finance team, you'll provide high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, and commercial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making.You'll act as the lead finance contact for all revenue-related activities, taking ownership of forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis while partnering closely with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders.
