  • <p>Robert Half has partnered with a infrastructure business to recruit for a Head of Data, Analytics &amp; Digital Transformation.</p><p>This is a newly created senior leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver the organisation's data, analytics and digital transformation strategy.</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> £75,000 - £85,000</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Crewe, York, Leeds or Derby</p><p><strong>Working pattern:</strong> 2 days per week on site, with some travel to other locations</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will lead the development of a modern, data-driven function, using data, analytics, automation, AI and digital technology to improve operational performance, decision-making and business efficiency.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Develop and deliver the organisation's data and digital transformation strategy.</li><li>Build strong data governance, reporting and analytics capabilities.</li><li>Establish reliable business data and improve data quality and accessibility.</li><li>Lead digital transformation, automation and technology-enabled change programmes.</li><li>Identify opportunities to use AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.</li><li>Develop dashboards, MI and insights to support senior decision-making.</li><li>Build and lead a high-performing data and digital team.</li><li>Manage budgets, business cases, suppliers and transformation benefits.</li><li>Work closely with senior stakeholders across technology, finance, operations and other functions.</li><li>Ensure appropriate governance, risk, data protection and information security standards are maintained.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced data, digital or transformation leader with:</p><ul><li>Significant leadership experience across data, analytics, digital transformation or technology.</li><li>A strong track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes.</li><li>Experience developing data strategies and governance frameworks.</li><li>Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders.</li><li>Strong knowledge of analytics, BI, automation, AI and emerging technologies.</li><li>Commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and business cases.</li><li>Strong programme management, stakeholder engagement and change management skills.</li><li>A strategic and commercially minded approach, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.</li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced data and transformation professional to take ownership of a newly created function and play a key role in shaping the organisation's future digital capability.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
