You'll play an active role in analysing business performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and supporting decisions around pricing, efficiency and future growth.</p><p>The role offers scope to take ownership, bring new ideas and move beyond traditional financial reporting into a more commercially focused position.</p><p>The Opportunity</p><ul><li><p><strong>Commercial business partnering:</strong> Work alongside senior stakeholders, providing financial insight and constructive challenge to support business decisions.</p></li><li><p><strong>Profitability and performance:</strong> Analyse margins, pricing and operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and increased efficiency.</p></li><li><p><strong>Develop FP&A:</strong> Contribute to the development of forecasting, financial modelling and forward-looking commercial analysis.</p></li><li><p><strong>Wider business exposure:</strong> Build relationships across Sales, Operations and Service Delivery, gaining an understanding of the wider business and its commercial drivers.</p></li><li><p><strong>Support growth:</strong> Evaluate commercial opportunities and proposals, helping the business make informed decisions and improve financial performance.</p></li><li><p><strong>Ownership and autonomy:</strong> Take responsibility for your work, challenge existing processes and put forward recommendations that can have a tangible impact.</p></li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><p>We're looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys understanding the wider business, questioning the numbers and translating financial information into meaningful commercial insight.</p><p>You'll ideally have:</p><ul><li><p>Experience within FP&A, commercial finance, finance business partnering or management accounting.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel.</p></li><li><p>The confidence to work with senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions and communicate financial information clearly.</p></li><li><p>A proactive approach, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities and recommend practical solutions.</p></li><li><p>The ability to work independently, take ownership and adapt within a changing business environment.</p></li></ul><p>Full qualification isn't essential.
