The organisation operates across more than 90 countries and continues to scale globally.The Role<ul data-start="442" data-end="710"><li data-end="489" data-start="442">Reporting to the Group Financial Controller</li><li data-end="570" data-start="490">Broad exposure across financial accounting, treasury and process improvement</li><li data-end="646" data-start="571">Ownership of month-end and oversight of multiple international entities</li><li data-end="710" data-start="647">Hands-on role within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment</li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Financial Accounting<ul data-start="773" data-end="1317"><li data-start="773" data-end="848">Lead the month-end close process ensuring accurate and timely reporting</li><li data-end="923" data-start="849">Manage daily accounting and month-end procedures across group entities</li><li data-start="924" data-end="1015">Prepare and review accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and intercompany reconciliations</li><li data-end="1066" data-start="1016">Contribute to consolidated management accounts</li><li data-end="1128" data-start="1067">Oversee group-wide billing, reconciliations and reporting</li><li data-start="1129" data-end="1200">Support audit processes and maintain strong documentation standards</li><li data-start="1201" data-end="1260">Identify and implement process and control improvements</li><li data-start="1261" data-end="1317">Liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve queries</li></ul>Treasury and Cashflow<ul data-end="1557" data-start="1343"><li data-end="1399" data-start="1343">Manage group cash positions and oversee payment runs</li><li data-start="1400" data-end="1437">Review daily bank reconciliations</li><li data-end="1468" data-start="1438">Prepare cashflow forecasts</li><li data-start="1469" data-end="1506">Support effective debt management</li><li data-end="1557" data-start="1507">Ensure payment continuity during team absences</li></ul>Data, Systems and Team Support<ul data-start="1592" data-end="1824"><li data-end="1666" data-start="1592">Use advanced Excel and AI tools to improve reporting and data accuracy</li><li data-end="1729" data-start="1667">Work across accounting systems, CRMs and finance platforms</li><li data-end="1775" data-start="1730">Support and mentor the wider finance team</li><li data-end="1824" data-start="1776">Ensure the finance calendar runs efficiently</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul data-end="2185" data-start="1846"><li data-start="1846" data-end="1884">Fully qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA - Finalists will be considered </li><li data-start="1885" data-end="1966">Expert-level Excel and a strong inclination toward using AI tools for finance</li><li data-end="2055" data-start="1967">Solid understanding of accruals, prepayments, UK GAAP and IFRS, reconciliations, tax</li><li data-end="2185" data-start="2056">A responsible self-starter who sets the fast pace, can challenge status quo, thinks forward and has great attention to detail</li></ul>Desirable Skills<ul data-start="2207" data-end="2408"><li data-end="2280" data-start="2207">Knowledge of Norwegian accounting principles or local tax regulations</li><li data-start="2281" data-end="2341">Proficiency in Norwegian, German, or Spanish is welcomed</li><li data-end="2408" data-start="2342">Experience in a fast-paced software or technology-led industry</li></ul>What's on Offer<ul data-start="2429" data-end="2624"><li data-end="2447" data-start="2429">Paying upto £60k </li><li data-end="2480" data-start="2448">Hybrid working in Manchester</li><li data-start="2481" data-end="2535">25 days annual leave increasing to 24 with service</li><li data-start="2536" data-end="2565">Additional birthday leave</li><li data-end="2587" data-start="2566">Workplace pension</li><li data-start="2588" data-end="2624">Ongoing training and development</li></ul>Apply for further details.
