This is a highly visible role requiring someone who can operate at pace in a complex, international environment.</p><p data-start="163" data-end="315">* Day rate: £800 (Outside IR35)<br data-end="204" / data-start="201"> * Location: Warrington (3 days per week in office)<br data-start="254" data-end="257" /> * Duration: 6 months (initial)<br / data-end="290" data-start="287"> * Start date: Immediate</p><p>Our client is a multinational organisation operating within the business services sector. Due to a period of transition, the business requires an experienced Interim CFO to provide leadership, operational oversight and strategic guidance across its finance function.</p><p>This is a hands-on Interim CFO role reporting to the Global CFO, with a dotted line to the regional Managing Director.</p><p>Key areas of focus: </p><ul><li>Provide immediate leadership and stability to the finance function</li><li>Oversee a team of 25 finance staff across the UK and EMEA (c.50% based in Warrington)</li><li>Support the senior leadership team with operational and commercial insight</li><li>Ensure the effective running of financial & statutory reporting, FP&A, Management Accounts, cash collection & AP</li><li>Assess & define the future-state finance function</li></ul><p>YOU:</p><ul><li>Strong experience operating at CFO / senior FD level</li><li>A track record within international / multi-entity organisations</li><li>Experience reporting into a US-owned business</li><li>A hands-on, operational approach with the ability to lead and stabilise teams quickly</li><li>Exposure to high-volume / data-driven environments</li></ul><p>We are looking for a seasoned interim CFO with a track record of getting results quickly. </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
