<p> </p><h3><strong>Interim Finance Business Partner Opportunity - Somerset (Hybrid)</strong></h3><p>Robert Half is delighted to be exclusively supporting a transformative client who is looking to hire an <strong>Interim Finance Business Partner</strong> for an initial period of <strong>3 months</strong>.</p><p>Joining the commercial accounting team, you will be responsible for leading on commercial finance tasks including WIP management, budgeting and forecasting, and building relationships with senior stakeholders across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work under a world-class finance leader, and would suit an experienced contractor who has seamlessly parachuted into businesses on multiple occasions.</p><p><strong>Role Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across the business. Spot variances, challenge assumptions, and translate data into clear, actionable insight.</li><li>Work closely with teams across the organisation to provide strategic financial support. Influence decision-making by making the numbers meaningful.</li><li>Track KPIs, margins, and key cost drivers. Identify risks and opportunities, and help shape strategies that drive growth and profitability.</li><li>Support cost control by finding smarter ways to spend. Lead initiatives that improve efficiency and maximise value.</li><li>Produce clear, timely financial reports and analysis for senior leadership. <p>Robert Half have partnered with a Healthcare Manufacture to recruit for a Disaster Recovery Specialist to lead and enhance our organisation's resilience strategy.</p><p>This role will focus on planning, developing, and executing robust Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes within a complex Azure-based environment.</p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br><ul><li>Lead the planning and development of DR and BC testing services, ensuring structured and repeatable processes.</li><li>Collaborate with operations teams to align recovery strategies with business requirements.</li><li>Identify and address gaps impacting DR/BC readiness, documenting improvements.</li><li>Coordinate and manage DR and BC test schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.</li><li>Maintain and improve DR/BC documentation, including runbooks, recovery plans, test frameworks, and impact analyses.</li><li>Facilitate DR and BC drills and simulations, capturing lessons learned and implementing improvements.</li><li>Support audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments related to DR and BC.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 year's experience in IT infrastructure, DR coordination, or business continuity.</li><li>Strong background in planning and service development, not just execution.</li><li>Solid understanding of backup, replication, failover, and recovery technologies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with DR/BC tools such as Zerto, Veeam, Commvault, Azure Site Recovery, ServiceNow.</li><li>Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL and ISO 22301.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Organisation:</strong></p><ul><li>Initial 12 Month Contract </li><li>Hybrid Working | Surrey based </li><li>Global Healthcare Manufacturer </li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
