<p><strong>PMO Analyst - ERP Transformation (SAP S/4HANA) - Remote</strong></p><p><strong>18-Month Fixed-Term Contract - £50,000-£60,000 + 5% Bonus</strong></p><p>Robert Half are working with a high profile client that is embarking on a high-impact transformation programme to simplify and modernise core business processes. At its centre is the consolidation and transformation of three legacy ERPs onto SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on implementing standardised, best-in-class processes.</p><p>We are seeking a PMO Analyst with proven experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations to play a pivotal role in this complex, business-critical programme.</p><p><strong>Candidates without demonstrable SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation experience will not be considered </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with the Transformation PMO Lead to establish and maintain robust governance frameworks across end-to-end business and IT activities.</li><li>Drive rigorous status reporting, validating project updates to ensure accuracy and transparency across all ERP workstreams.</li><li>Develop, coordinate and deliver meeting packs and executive reports, enabling clear, informed decision-making.</li><li>Track progress across the full programme lifecycle - from design and build through to test and deployment - proactively monitoring budget, schedule, risks and interdependencies.</li><li>Identify, report, and help resolve risks and issues; drive change control and escalation pathways to maintain delivery integrity.</li><li>Act as a liaison, fostering strong relationships across technical and business teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Experience & Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Substantial PMO experience on complex, large-scale ERP transformation programmes - ideally SAP S/4HANA or similar Tier-1 solutions.</li><li>Full programme lifecycle exposure: design, build, test, deployment, and post-implementation support within an enterprise environment.</li><li>Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and articulate pragmatic solutions.</li><li>Proven stakeholder management ability, engaging confidently with senior business leaders and cross-functional delivery teams.</li><li>Clear, concise communication - both written and verbal - with experience preparing governance materials for executive audiences.</li><li>Financial acumen - experience with cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management in a transformation setting.</li><li>Self-starter, flexible, proactive and resilient under pressure.</li></ul><p><strong>What's on Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive basic salary £50,000-£60,000, plus 5% bonus</li><li>Fully remote contract with flexible working options</li><li>25 days annual leave + public holidays</li><li>Life assurance, gym and shopping discounts, cycle-to-work/hybrid working schemes</li><li>2 corporate social responsibility days per year</li><li>Comprehensive professional development, including training and support for qualifications</li><li>24/7 Employee Assistance Program and wellness resources</li></ul><p> </p><p>If you have PMO Analyst experience supporting ERP programme transformations and want to help deliver an industry-leading SAP S/4HANA rollout, we'd love to hear from you.
