<p>Robert Half are currently partnering with a leading international Investment firm who are seeking an experienced Fund Controller to join their team immediately on a 12-month contract.</p><p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, qualified Fund Controller for a 12 month assignment. As part of this role you will be responsible for the following duties:</p><ul><li>Maintenance and production of fund management information including reporting on Fund and investment performance, utilising the Fund models.</li><li>Analysis of the impact of new investments, divestment's and fund optimisation's to aid decision making by the Fund's Investment Committee. (As applicable for respective Funds).</li><li>Running scenario and sensitivity analysis on funds.</li><li>Review and oversight of the Administrator's production of annual fund statutory accounts and subsequent audits.</li><li>Review and oversight of the Administration of investor draw downs, distributions, equalisation's and general investor reporting (quarterly) including ad hoc information requests as necessary.</li><li>Oversee the production of the Fund and holding companies annual tax returns by third party advisors. </li><li>Assistance implementing, maintaining and refinancing Fund external debt facilities. Including [quarterly] compliance and sensitivity analysis.</li><li>Maintaining up to date Fund treasury and liquidity positions to assist with Fund management, investment and distribution strategies.</li><li>Liaising closely with other internal departments including the Investment, Investor Relations, Fund Establishment and Valuations teams.</li><li>Liaise with the Fund Manager (within Asset Management) to understand financial implications of operational issues of the fund's investment portfolio on performance of the Fund and optimise Fund returns.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate for this interim Fund Controller role a qualified accountant CA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. You will have a background working with Luxembourg funds and fund operations. </p><p>You must be immediate or on a 3 week notice to be considered for this role. </p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client is a global Investment firm are looking to recruit an immediate, Fund Controller for 12 months.
