This role is based 5 days on site.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong> </strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Key responsibilities include</strong></p><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Lead the financial strategy to drive performance and communicate to board level</li><li>Ensure adherence to all areas of controls, compliance and statutory requirements</li><li>Drive systems led approach ensuring process improvement and best practice</li><li>Ensure company requirements around capital, debt management and tax are met</li><li>Assume part of the senior leadership team collaborating with cross functional areas to achieve a one business approach to driving results and best practice</li><li>Cash flow management and weekly cash flow forecast accurate and up to date</li><li>Financial analysis and modelling to support capital investments, pricing and contracts</li><li>Drive IT strategy and performance via an established team</li></ul><p style="text-align: justify;"> </p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>About your experience</strong></p><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Proven experience in a finance leadership role (managing circa 10)</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Previous experience within stock related industry (logistics, distribution, FMCG)</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Recent exposure to large SME or mid-sized business, used to managing a fast paced and evolving day to day</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
