GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR I am proud to be the retained search partner to a well-established, reputable and highly profitable pharmaceutical manufacturing group that has a diverse range of products across its five business units. Due to internal change they now seek to recruit a Group CFO that will oversee business unit performance, develop Divisional Finance Directors, identify acquisition opportunities, steer growth strategy through partnership with operational leadership and manage the relationship with the board. This role would be based from their Beaconsfield HQ with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week.
