They are continuously acquiring new businesses and expanding operations across the UK.</p><p>Due to this growth, they are now looking to hire a qualified Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing finance team.</p><p><strong>This role will be based full-time in the office.</strong></p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p>The Finance Business Partner for this growing environment trade and services business based in North London, will work closely with the Head of Finance providing a strategic financial insight and guidance to drive business performance and growth. They will also take ownership of varied duties including:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with business leaders to develop financial and operational strategies aligned with organisational goals.</li><li>Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.</li><li>Challenge and influence business decisions through data-driven insights.</li><li>Partner with non-finance stakeholders to enhance financial understanding and accountability.</li><li>Prepare and present monthly management reports and dashboards.</li><li>Identify opportunities for cost savings, and process optimisation.</li><li>Monitor KPIs and recommend actions for improvement.</li><li>Support internal and external audit processes as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner position, should have the following attributes:</p><ul><li>Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) with experience in a commercial finance capacity.</li><li>Strong evidence of business partnering and managing stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ownership of budgeting and forecasting procedures.</li><li>Experience in a similar industry would be advantageous.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p><p>£60,000 to £65,000 plus benefits:</p><ul><li><strong>Full-time in office</strong></li><li>Pension scheme plan</li><li>25 days holiday + bank holiday</li><li>Career development plans</li><li>EV Car scheme & more!</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
