  • <p><strong>PAYROLL ANALYST - FULLY REMOTE - UP TO £20/HR - 6 MONTH TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT - JANUARY 2026 START DATE </strong></p><p>Robert Half are thrilled to be assisting an exciting client with their search for a temporary, part-time Payroll Analyst for a 6 month assignment, offering fully remote working and competitive salary! </p><p><strong>Things to know: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Job Title</strong>: Payroll Analyst </li><li><strong>Location</strong>: fully remote </li><li><strong>Rate</strong>: Up to £20/hr </li><li><strong>Hours</strong>: part-time - 20 hours per week </li><li><strong>Start date</strong>: January 2026 </li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time across multiple EMEA countries.</li><li>Reconcile payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve employee queries.</li><li>Support month-end payroll reporting, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain payroll records in line with statutory and audit requirements.</li><li>Prepare and review P45, P60, P11D and other HMRC documentation (where relevant).</li><li>Liaise with external vendors across EMEA regions to ensure compliant payroll delivery.</li><li>Assist with payroll system changes, testing, and process optimisation.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Proven EMEA payroll experience, including knowledge of local legislation and compliance.</li><li>Strong understanding of PAYE, NI, statutory payments, pensions, and UK payroll legislation.</li><li>Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
