Bedford Based </p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><ul><li>The 3rd Line Engineeer will be responsible for the administration and 3rd line support of Networks</li><li>Administration and 3rd line support of Servers</li><li>Investigating and addressing technology risks and issues on the network</li><li>Maintaining and upgrading systems to remain in compliance against policy</li><li>Support of backend applications</li><li>Server and communication room remediation including cabling, UPS device installation/configuration.</li><li>Patching and logging data cabling</li><li style="display: inline !important;">Current state analysis of the IT Systems</li><li>Designing, Documenting, Implementation and manage improvements, such as network segmentation, sever builds, MFA, VPN improvements, additional network security</li><li>Maintaining data backup and restore. <p>Robert Half has partnered with an Asset Management firm located in London looking to add an IT director to the team.</p><p>This role will report directly into the COO and will be responsible for the daily IT operations for the business. It will be 50% project work as well as 50% BAU work.
