<p><strong>Finance Supervisor</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Fully remote <br /> <strong>Reports To:</strong> Financial Controller</p><p><strong>Salary: </strong>Up to £35k </p><p>Robert Half is proudly partnering with one of UK's largest charities to recruit for a Finance Supervisor on a full-time and permanent basis.</p><p>You will oversee a small team of 3 Finance assistants and ensure accurate and timely financial processing. You will also support the Financial Controller, leading on day-to-day operations, supervise three Finance Assistants, and contribute to month-end reporting and reconciliations.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise, support, and develop a team of three Finance Assistants.</li><li>Review and approve journals, invoices, expenses, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Lead on monthly processes, including control account reconciliations and journal postings.</li><li>Support finance system testing and updates (e.g. Microsoft GP, Salesforce, Iplicit).</li><li>Ensure financial records are accurate and processes are efficient.</li></ul><p><strong>What you will bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Part-qualified accountant or equivalent experience.</li><li>Experience managing or supervising a finance team.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to ethical and inclusive working practices.</li></ul><p>If this sounds like you, please apply today!</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
