They have ambitious plans to dominate the UK market through both acquisition (several currently in play) and organic growth, and now need to recruit their first ever Financial Controller to insource finance, put all processes and systems in from scratch, work through historical issues around stock control, VAT, credit control, supplier payments and take them through their first ever audit, whilst integrating in acquisitions, building your own team, developing a technology strategy and delivering it.
