  • <p>Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Finance Manager within Outsourced Business Services</p><p> </p><p>Location: Cardiff</p><p>Salary: £40,000-£55,000, depending on experience and seniority</p><p>Working pattern: Primarily office-based with flexible/agile working available</p><p>The Opportunity</p><p>An established and growing professional services organisation is looking for an experienced Account Manager / Accounting Manager to join its Outsourced Business Services team in Cardiff.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, lead a small team, and play a key role in delivering high-quality outsourced finance solutions.</p><p>You will oversee the delivery of management accounts, statutory financial statements and day-to-day finance support, while building strong client relationships and ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, on time and within budget.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Manage a diverse portfolio of moderately complex clients, with minimal supervision.</p><p>Oversee a small team delivering outsourced finance functions across approximately 30-40 clients.</p><p>Ensure the timely and accurate production of management accounts and year-end statutory financial statements.</p><p>Act as a key point of contact for clients, leading meetings and developing long-term, trusted relationships.</p><p>Take responsibility for financial performance, including WIP, debt, billing, recoveries and budgets.</p><p>Manage and resolve day-to-day client queries and provide proactive financial support.</p><p>Mentor, coach and support junior team members, contributing to their development and progression.</p><p>Work closely with audit and corporate tax teams to provide a joined-up service to clients.</p><p>Identify opportunities for business development, including leads, cross-selling and proposals.</p><p>Contribute to process improvements and the introduction of technology and more efficient ways of working.</p><p>Potentially take responsibility for the training and development of one or more trainees or team members.</p><p>About You</p><p>We're looking for an experienced accounting professional who is confident dealing with clients, managing workloads and supporting a team.</p><p>You will ideally have:</p><p>AAT, ACA or ACCA qualification, or be AAT qualified with relevant experience.</p><p>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client deadlines.</p><p> </p><p>.</p><p>The organisation offers:</p><p>Competitive salary of £40,000-£55,000, depending on experience and seniority.</p><p>Flexible/agile working arrangements.</p><p>Private medical cover.</p><p>Pension matching.</p><p>Enhanced parental leave.</p><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
