  • <p>Robert Half are recruiting a Group Reporting role within a dynamic business in Wiltshire on a 12 months FTC basis.</p><p>We are partnering with an exciting organisation to recruit a Group Reporting Manager who will play a critical role in external reporting, group consolidation, technical accounting, governance and treasury support.</p><p>12 Months FTC.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Lead Group financial reporting and statutory accounts preparation</p><p>Own the Group consolidation process and ensure IFRS compliance</p><p>Manage external audits and act as the key contact for auditors and advisers</p><p>Provide technical accounting expertise on complex and significant transactions</p><p>Support and enhance the Group Internal Control Framework</p><p>Lead impairment reviews for goodwill, tangible and intangible assets</p><p>Support treasury activities including cash forecasting, liquidity management and payment oversight</p><p>Prepare Audit Committee and Board reporting papers</p><p>Mentor and support junior finance team members</p><p>ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified</p><p>Strong knowledge of IFRS and listed company reporting requirements</p><p>Proven experience in Group reporting and consolidation within a listed, PLC or multinational environment</p><p>Experience managing external audits </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
