Day to day duties will consist of:</p><ul><li>Managing workflow to meet deadlines</li><li>Accurate recording of all financial transactions through ledger postings, nominal journals, bank reconciliations etc</li><li>Processing client records to software including Sage, QuickBooks &amp; Xero</li><li>Payroll cover to assist the full time payroll clerk</li><li>Payroll processing when required using Employment Hero</li><li>Calculate &amp; make adjustments for depreciation, prepayments, accruals &amp; tax provision</li><li>File VAT and MTD returns with HMRC &amp; within accounting data</li></ul><p>Your Profile</p><p>You will be an AAT Qualified or QBE Accountant with SME Accounting experience and ideally having worked in a firm of accountants specifically looking after outsourced accounts. You will be interpersonally effective with the ability to deal with clients directly.
