Based in London with hybrid working model.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Tax Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Manage global and international tax filings (CT600, CFC, CIR, Hybrid Mismatch).</li><li>Manage R&amp;D tax claims and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.</li><li>Handle tax audits, inquiries, and liaise with tax authorities.</li><li>Collaborate with HMRC, legal, HR, and other departments on tax policy updates.</li><li>Advise on employee tax matters (PSA, BIK, status assessments) and support payroll.</li><li>Review VAT returns and coordinate related tasks (groupings, capital goods, R&amp;D credits).</li><li>Monitor tax legislation changes and their impact on the business.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Tax Advisory</strong></p><ul><li>Advise on tax strategy, structuring, governance, M&amp;A, and employee benefits.</li><li>Proactively manage emerging tax risks and opportunities.</li><li>Lead tax due diligence for transactions.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams on advisory projects.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Ideal Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>CTA or equivalent or ACA/ACCA with tax experience</li><li>Technical corporation, employment and value added tax knowledge</li><li>Experience with or understanding of R&amp;D tax claim</li><li>An understanding of tax accounting</li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
