- <p>Robert Half are recruiting a Finance Administrator for a Fixed Term Contract in Swindon for 6 months.</p><p>Office based 5 days per week</p><p>6-Month Fixed-Term Contract</p><p>We are working with a business who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Finance Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.</p><p>This is a varied, office-based role combining general administration responsibilities with HR and finance support duties.</p><p>We are looking for someone who is immediately available and able to start as soon as possible.</p><p>Key Responsibilities.</p><p>* Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.</p><p>* Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence.</p><p>* Maintain accurate records, filing systems and company documentation.</p><p>* Order office supplies and liaise with external suppliers and service providers.</p><p>* Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting rooms and assist with diary management.</p><p>* Support internal teams with general administrative tasks and projects.
