- <p data-end="318" data-start="140">Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing client in Haverhill for a <strong data-start="255" data-end="286">Temporary Process Operative</strong> to join their team immediately.</p><p data-start="320" data-end="545">This is a hands-on role within the Stores and Operations department, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with the possibility of extension beyond the initial 3-month assignment.</p><h3 data-end="559" data-start="547">The Role</h3><p data-start="560" data-end="788">Reporting to the Day Team Supervisor, you will support daily operational activities across stores, shipping, documentation, and material handling functions while ensuring high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service.</p><h3 data-end="814" data-start="790">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul data-end="1672" data-start="815"><li data-end="1024" data-start="930">Carrying out operational tasks in accordance with company procedures and work instructions</li><li data-end="1077" data-start="1025">Booking material movements accurately within SAP</li><li data-start="1078" data-end="1165">Issuing paperwork for the loading and unloading of tankers, lorries, and containers</li><li data-start="1166" data-end="1222">Printing stock, shipping, sample, and product labels</li><li data-start="1223" data-end="1270">Supporting shipment and dispatch activities</li><li data-end="1392" data-start="1330">Sampling and labelling finished products and raw materials</li><li data-start="1393" data-end="1455">Maintaining accurate documentation and operational records</li><li data-end="1518" data-start="1456">Providing excellent internal and external customer service</li><li data-end="1595" data-start="1519">Reporting any operational issues or discrepancies promptly to management</li><li data-end="1672" data-start="1596">Learning and developing skills to support changing business requirements</li></ul><h3 data-start="1674" data-end="1687">About You</h3><ul data-start="1688" data-end="2155"><li data-end="1786" data-start="1688">Previous experience within manufacturing, production, stores, warehouse, or process operations</li><li data-end="1827" data-start="1787">SAP experience would be advantageous</li><li data-start="1828" data-end="1902">Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately</li><li data-start="1903" data-end="1992">Comfortable working in a physically active environment involving some manual handling</li><li data-start="1993" data-end="2035">Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li data-end="2081" data-start="2036">A proactive and reliable approach to work</li><li data-end="2155" data-start="2082">Dangerous goods knowledge or training is beneficial but not essential</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
