This is a broad role ranging across transactional accounting.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage cashbook, sales and purchase ledger activities.</li><li>Complete bank and month-end reconciliations.</li><li>Support credit control and customer statements.</li><li>Process supplier invoices, credit notes, expenses and payment runs.</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.</li><li>Handle confidential financial information appropriately.</li><li>Support the wider finance team with day-to-day tasks.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What They're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.</li><li>Experience with reconciliations, credit control and payment processing.</li><li>Confident using accounting systems and commercial software.</li><li>Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is desirable.</li><li>Experience implementing a new accounting system would be advantageous.</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
