  • <p>Robert Half have partnered with a leading private equity firm to hire a Tax Associate to join their high-performing finance team. </p><p>This role will be hybrid, with 5 days per week in the office in central London.</p><p>They are seeking an established Tax Associate with a strong background in corporate tax OR a newly qualified auditor from an accounting practice that has a keen interest in learning a tax role</p><p> </p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p>The Tax Associate role has exposure to a variety of responsibilities and will be working closely with the Senior Tax Manager.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end tax compliance across multiple international jurisdictions</li><li>Support maintenance of transfer pricing documentation</li><li>Tax reporting, including supporting group tax reporting</li><li>Working closely with internal and external stakeholders on corporate tax matters</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal profile for this Tax Associate role, should have the following attributes:</p><ul><ul><li>3+ years' experience in a corporate tax or audit role.</li><li>ACA or CTA qualified with 0-2 years PQE (will consider exam qualified profiles)</li><li>Either trained in practice or industry trained in a financial services environment, ideally private equity</li></ul></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits Package</strong></p><p>Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 - negotiable dependent on experience</p><p>Benefits include:</p><ul><li>Discretionary bonus</li><li>Private healthcare (+ a dependent)</li><li>Private GP scheme</li><li>25 days of annual leave</li><li>Pension - 12% non-contributary</li><li>Lunch provided for office days</li></ul><p> </p><p>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
