- <p>Robert Half Talent Solution are seeking a permanent home based Elite S3 Project & Financial Systems Manager.</p><p> </p><p>Elite S3 Project & Financial Systems Manager will drive the optimisation of the platform, delivering efficiency in processes, facilitate the provision of real time insights and analytic reports to drive profitability and improve working capital. Reporting directly to the CFO with a dotted line to the IT Director, the role will be required to work collaboratively between functions to support the future growth of the firm.</p><p> </p><ul><li>Be the finance subject matter expert on 3E and all other finance systems utilised by the firm.</li><li>Effect change. Champion the PMS and finance systems as the catalyst to solve the firms challenges and be the catalyst to transform the finance function to support the firm.</li><li>Create and own the finance process maps to drive continuous improvement, removing manual processes and embedding efficiency into BAU tasks.</li><li>Oversee the business intelligence design, improvements and production.</li><li>Project work to include the automation of management account production, reporting packs and dashboards.</li><li>Relentless pursuit to focus the firm on the key operating metrics, make information readily and easily available to drive improved decision-making.</li><li>Be the link between Finance, IT and external consultants.</li><li>Ensure system integrity and manage core financial data structures.</li></ul><p> </p><p>You will be an accountant with experience of implementing, running and optimising 3E PMS.</p><p> </p><p>Salary to £90,000.
